- Traveling to clients’ homes for scheduled visits
- Setting up medications as ordered and checking vitals
- Reviewing medications for accuracy
- Documenting completed visits
- Communicating medication concerns or changes to the appropriate team member
Requirements
- Active Missouri LPN license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
