Family United West invites healthcare partners, community leaders, social workers, and case managers to our Community Partner Open House. Join us to tour our new location, meet our leadership team, and learn more about the adult day and in home services we provide for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
This relaxed, drop in style evening will include light refreshments and an opportunity to connect and explore partnership opportunities.
